Steve Griffin, CFP®
Founder & Principal

Originally from Virginia, Steve has lived in Sarasota since 1985. He has had broad exposure to the financial world, having worked in the banking, insurance, and financial services industries for over 25 years.

Kelly Goldstein, MBA
Director of Financial Services

Kelly is the new Director of Financial Services at Full Spectrum Financial Group offering Holistic Financial Solutions to Young Professionals, Young Families, Business Owners, Pre-Retirees & Retirees as a Financial Services Professional.

brings a great skillset to her clients after having spent several years in the role of a Para-Planner with the company. She is a Registered Representative and holds her FL-215 License for Life, Health & Annuities as well.

Kelly currently lives in Sarasota, Florida with her husband, Joe. They are 'foodies' who enjoy travelling, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends during their down time.


Jessica Cathcart
Office Manager

Jessica oversees Office Administration, Client Service, and Project Management. She is also responsible for developing Marketing and Communication protocols, stays up-to-date on Policies and Procedures, and streamlines Administrative Procedures.
Jessica, originally from Maryland, resides in Myakka City, FL with her two children, and spends her weekends boating or at the beach with her family.

Lauren Macri
Special Projects

Lauren Macri graduated from the University of South Florida in 2006 with a degree in Business Administration.  She has been with the team since 2003 and is contracted for special projects. She underwent special training on company systems in Reno, Nevada in 2006. 
Lauren is a native Floridian, is married with two children, and attends Bayside Community Church in Bradenton

Andrea Sheikh

Andrea (CIMA, CFP®, CAIA) joined New York Life in 2012 as a Portfolio Specialist for Eagle Strategies, LLC. Prior to joining the company, Andrea served as a consultant at Independent Portfolio Consultants where she provided consultation to financial advisers and their high-net-worth and institutional clients. Along with the financial adviser, Andrea presented investment solutions to prospective clients while also leading portfolio reviews to assess existing client relationships. Andrea has over 8 years of investment experience. She earned her BS in Finance and Theology from Boston College and MBA from the University of Florida. She is a Level II Candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program. She holds FINRA Series 7, 66, & 24 licenses.

Matthew Sola

Matthew (CFP®) joined Eagle Strategies, LLC in 2009, bringing 19 years of senior management and investment consulting experience. He works with top investment producers on growing their practices and developing their largest client opportunities. Before joining the company, Matthew had a wealth management and planning practice at UBS, dedicated to fostering quality investment processes for entrepreneurs, nonprofit endowments, and professionals. While at Prudential Investments, he was general manager of marketing in a mutual fund joint venture in Japan. As a consultant, he worked with several wire house firms on their product lines in alternative investments, hedge funds, and private equity. Together, these experiences have provided Matthew with a deep and unique perspective on constructing client recommendations to meet a wide variety of client needs and market environments. Matthew received a BA at Cornell University and an MA from Johns Hopkins University. He is FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed.
