Our Process

We put as much emphasis on the journey to achieving your financial goals as the destination. Throughout our engagement, we’ll take time to walk you through our strategies, broaden your financial knowledge, and empower you to make educated, thoughtful decisions. We understand how complex managing wealth can be, especially when you’re going it alone. We’ll work to create clarity and understanding by transforming your concerns into simple, actionable solutions.

Step 1: Initial Meeting

Our deepest desire is to add value to your financial journey. We’ll talk through your expectations for our engagement, what you’re hoping to achieve, and how we may be of service to you. We are here to be your financial partner for the long term, so we seek to ensure you feel as though we’re a good fit, and vice versa.

Step 2: Discovery

During this key phase in our process, we’ll dive deep into understanding your financial life both from a quantitative and qualitative perspective. We intentionally weight both equally because learning what your values, goals, and objectives are is just as important to us as crunching the numbers. This helps us align your values and goals with your plan for the future.

Step 3: Engage

We’ll meet together to talk through our initial observations. Depending on your situation and what’s best for you, we will recommend a scope of engagement and begin executing your financial plan.

Step 4: Analysis and Plan Design

Once we’ve completed the fact-finding portion of our process, we’ll get to work developing a customized plan. Your plan is specifically designed to meet your needs today while putting you on the path to achieving your goals.

Step 5: Plan Delivery and Implementation

We’ll present you with the proposed plan and strategies and talk through any adjustments you’d like to make. Once your plan design is complete, we help you put it into action. This is a key part of our engagement—we’ll advocate for you and help you stay on track to reach your goals.

Step 6: Monitor, Review, and Update

We’ll get together at least once a year to review your progress and talk about any changes that may need to be made. As your life evolves or circumstances change, we encourage you to keep in touch—we’re often one of the first phone calls our clients make when major milestones occur.
