Yes, we are fiduciaries at all times. This means we’re committed to putting your interests first when providing advice.
As Certified Financial Planner® professionals, we follow the highest fiduciary standard of care which applies across your entire financial life, not just investments. This is an important distinction to understand when choosing an advisor.
We offer fee-based financial planning and investment advisory services through Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser, as well as insurance and brokerage products through our applicable affiliations. We've chosen this approach intentionally to help address your financial needs through strategies that may involve investments, insurance, and other financial considerations.
As Financial Advisors and CFP® professionals, we take a personalized approach to financial planning, considering your individual circumstances, objectives, and priorities.
Our process is planning-first and focused on your individual needs. We begin by understanding your financial situation and identifying strategies that align with your goals before discussing potential implementation options. When it's time to take action, we help you evaluate available options, understand potential benefits and risks, and make informed financial decisions.
How we're compensated depends on the services and products you select. Our compensation may include a financial planning fee, an ongoing* investment advisory fee, commissions from insurance or securities products, or a combination of these.
Financial planning fees are established under a separate financial planning agreement and are independent of any compensation we may receive if you choose to implement recommendations through insurance, brokerage, or investment advisory products or services. You are not required to purchase products or establish an investment advisory account to engage us for financial planning services.
We are committed to explaining applicable fees, compensation arrangements, and potential conflicts of interest. Before you enter into an agreement or purchase a product, we will discuss the capacity in which we are acting and the associated costs. Specific fees and expenses depend on the services, products, or accounts selected and are described in the applicable agreements and disclosure documents.
Our goal is to help you understand your options, the costs involved, and how each recommendation relates to your financial objectives.
*Clients who desire ongoing financial planning and sign an agreement for our services, will not be charged the Advisor portion of an AUM Fee on any money we manage through our Investment Advisory Services. Note other fees such as Eagle’s fee, money manager fees, and custodial fees will still be charged. See Eagle’s Form ADV and the agreements you sign for more details. Both Financial Planning and Advisory Services are offered through Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser.
We are a relationship-driven firm where you work directly with experienced CFP® professionals. That means thoughtful, personalized advice, not a one-size-fits-all approach. We take the time to truly understand your goals and build a plan that reflects your life, not just your numbers.
We also want our clients to feel empowered in their decision making, that’s why we simplify complex financial decisions into clear, actionable guidance so you can move forward with confidence.
We specialize in comprehensive financial planning, including investment analysis, retirement planning, tax-aware strategies, risk management, and ongoing guidance as your life evolves. Our approach is deeply integrated and detail-oriented, helping you make informed decisions across every area of your financial life.
We also work with clients on a more targeted and strategic basis, whether that’s opening an investment account, evaluating insurance options, or addressing a specific financial need.
Our clients are typically proactive, goal-oriented, and looking for a CFP® professional to help them make informed financial decisions with clarity and confidence. To learn more about how we work with clients and who we typically serve, we invite you to explore our engagement options.
Our process is structured but flexible. We start by understanding your goals and current situation, then develop a clear, personalized plan. From there, we help you implement recommendations and continue to meet regularly to adjust as your life and priorities change.
The Certified Financial Planner® designation is one of the highest standards in the financial planning industry. It requires extensive education, rigorous examinations, real-world experience, and a commitment to act in the client’s best interest when providing advice.
Working with a CFP® professional means you are getting comprehensive financial planning that looks at your entire financial picture, not just one piece.
We build investment strategies around your goals, timeline, and comfort with risk, not market predictions. Our approach focuses on diversification, cost efficiency, and long-term discipline, with adjustments made as your needs evolve.
The first meeting is a conversation, there is no pressure or commitment. We’ll talk about your goals, answer your questions, and help you decide if we’re the right fit to work together. If there are any costs for future services, we will explain them clearly before you move forward.
Meeting frequency depends on your needs, but most clients meet with us at least once or twice per year, with additional check-ins as needed. We offer meetings in person and virtually, and we keep you updated on progress and any follow-up items. We remain available as questions come up or when something in your life changes, and we are always happy to schedule time to connect when needed.
Getting started is simple, just reach out to schedule an introductory conversation. From there, we’ll guide you through each step and let you know exactly what information is helpful. We make the process straightforward and easy to follow.
